  • Design: Create graphics and visuals that reflect our message and brand.
  • Social Media: Help tell the story of what God is doing and invite others in.
  • Photo + Video: Capture moments from services and events for people to see and feel the mission.
  • Content + Communication: Write, edit, and ensure everything we say points to Jesus.
  • Stage + Environment Design: Build creative, beautiful spaces for worship and community.
  • Web: Develop a clean and compelling online experience.
  • Project Management: Keep creative projects organized and on time.

Worship

We lead people into God’s presence through music and surrender.

  • Worship Leaders + Musicians: Vocalists and instrumentalists who lead Spirit-led worship.
  • Worship Admin: Support with scheduling, song management, and planning tools.

Love Groups Team

Where the big becomes small, and real life happens.

  • Group Leaders: Facilitate conversation, care for people, and create community.
  • Group Coaches: Support and develop group leaders with prayer, wisdom, and guidance.

Love Club
(Kids Ministry)

Where kids grow in God’s love, together.

  • Check-In + Hosts: Greet families, run check-in, and make parents feel confident.
  • Nursery + Preschool (Dreamers & Heroes): Love and care for our littlest ones.
  • Elementary (Legends): Lead games, worship, and small group moments.
  • Kids Worship + Creative: Bring energy, fun, and truth through storytelling and music.

Love YTH (Youth Ministry)

Raising a generation with identity, purpose, and passion for Jesus.

  • Youth Nights + Events: Help host fun and meaningful student gatherings.
  • Youth Groups: Lead conversations and disciple middle and high school students.
  • Youth Worship & Creative: Use music, media, and creativity to create a space for students to meet Jesus.

Guest Experience Team

  • Parking + Welcome Team: Greet guests from the moment they arrive.
  • Greeters: Smiles, handshakes, and connection that make people feel seen.
  • Hospitality: Set the tone with coffee, refreshments, and warmth.
  • Ushers: Help people find their seat and keep service flowing.
  • Safety Team: Ensure a secure, distraction-free environment.
  • Prayer Team: Intercede for salvations, healing, and breakthrough during services.

Next Steps Team

Helping people move from curious to connected.

  • Essentials Class Hosts: Guide new people through our story, vision, and values.
  • Starting Point + Follow-Up: Personally connect with first-time guests and help them take their next step.
  • Admin + Data Entry: Keep records, cards, and follow-up systems organized and accurate.

Love Local + Global (Outreach)

Taking the love of Jesus into our city and the world.

Set-Up & Take-Down Team

Creating spaces where people meet Jesus, every single week.

  • Set-Up Team: Arrive early to transform a venue into a worship space.
  • Take-Down Team: Stay after to reset, pack up, and make it all ready for next week.
  • Load-In/Load-Out Support: Help move gear from trailers/storage with care and efficiency.

Production Team

We make Sundays happen behind the scenes, with excellence and love.

  • Audio: Mix sound for worship and the message with clarity.
  • Visuals + Slides: Run lyrics, verses, and media with precision.
  • Lighting: Enhance worship with creative but distraction-free lighting.
  • Broadcast/Camera: Capture the service for online and future outreach.
  • Stage + Service Flow: Oversee timing, transitions, and stage movement with care.
