Meet Matt and Bri Perry, the pastor of Love Church, a church in the heart of San Diego.

The Story

Our story is one of adoption, healing, miracles, and purpose.

After years of waiting and praying, God blessed us with two beautiful daughters, and now, He’s leading us into something even bigger: planting a church in San Diego that will raise up generations of faith, hope, and love.

For over 15 years, Pastor Matt has had the joy of serving in nearly every role, intern, youth pastor, campus pastor, building ministry teams, coaching leaders, and helping shape thriving church communities. With degrees in theology and leadership, his passion has always been the same: to see people encounter Jesus and live transformed lives.

But nothing has stirred our hearts like this.

We believe San Diego is the place for a new move of God’s love. That’s why we planted Love Church: a home for the hurting, a place for the searching, and a community built on the radical, relentless love of Jesus.

A Bit More About Us

| Matt is adopted and is born and raised in the Riverside area, Bri is born and raised San Diego.

| We’ve been married since 2018 and believe in fighting for strong, grace-filled marriages.

We’re parents to Ava and Ella, the cutest miracle babies you’ll ever meet.

Matt is full time with the church, but also does Leadership Coaching and digital marketing on the side, Bri is a full time Speech Language Pathologist.
